1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zyora Global website at https://zyoraglobal.net and related online resources (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Separate written agreements, statements of work, master services agreements, or proposals govern paid software development and consulting engagements. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls for that engagement.
2. Our Services
Zyora Global provides custom software development, web and mobile application engineering, AI and automation solutions, cloud and SaaS development, IT staff augmentation, and related technology consulting services for businesses worldwide.
Information on the Site is for general marketing and informational purposes. It does not constitute a binding offer. Project scope, timelines, fees, and deliverables are defined only in mutually agreed commercial documents.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into agreements on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent when using the Site or submitting inquiries.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Case studies, testimonials, and examples illustrate past work and do not guarantee future results.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZYORA GLOBAL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zyora Global from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through content you submit.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a security risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply in your jurisdiction.
Parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing formal proceedings. Courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date indicates the latest revision.
